Priscila Fernanda began her professional career at the Granda Advogados office in 2014 as an intern, becoming an associate in 2016. She works in the areas of Tax Law and Corporate Law, both in advisory and litigation capacities.
In Tax Law, Priscila focuses on mapping out relevant jurisprudential scenarios of the present time assisting in developing legal arguments and drafting legal opinions on direct and indirect taxes.
In Corporate Law, she assists companies in corporate restructuring processes, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and aiding in providing information to the Central Bank. Priscila also participates in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) processes.
Currently, Priscila is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, the institution where she also completed her postgraduate studies in Tax Law.
