Luana Oliveira is associate lawyer at Granda Advogados since 2013, in charge of the management of tax and social contribution taxes litigation cases, acts in the development and discussion of tax and social security taxes thesis of discussion, also acts in the tax consulting participating in the preparation of legal opinions and studies, tax planning with risk assessment, legal auditing for compensation of undue tax credits and operations related to international commerce.

Luana also works in wealthy planning, analyzing and studing the specificities, desires and strategies of each Family unit/individual, as well as the associated tax impacts.

Before joining the team of lawyers of Granda Advogados, Luana started her career in a prestigious law firm - Trench, Rossi e Watanabe Advogados (associated to Baker & McKenzie) – focused in the Social Contributions Taxes Law, cooperating in the discussion of important social security taxes thesis and trials, due diligences proceedings and in the consulting related to these matters.
