With more than 11 years of professional experience. Before becoming a Partner at Granda Advogados Mr. Pestana worked in a legal department of a major Brazilian company and for renowned Law Firms, such as Pinheiro Neto Advogados.

Bruno Pestana focused his practice in tax, social security taxes, labor and Employee's Severance Guarantee Fund (FGTS) regularity and related Clearance Certificates (CND), representing Brazilian and Multinational companies before public authorities aiming at obtaining and maintaining Tax Clearance Certificates (CND) in accordance with Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance and Compliance principles.

Mr. Pestana received a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Law from Escola Paulista de Direito – EPD, acted as Professor of Tax Topics at the Course of Controlling from Mackenzie University and actively participate in a broad range of Continuing Education Courses related to tax and social security taxes regularity.
