As empresas que possuem participa\u00e7\u00e3o de capital estrangeiro devem cumprir as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es estabelecidas pelo Banco Central do Brasil, conforme detalhado a seguir:<\/p>\n

\u279c PRESTA\u00c7\u00c3O DE INFORMA\u00c7\u00d5ES DE CAPITAL ESTRANGEIRO DE INVESTIMENTO ESTRANGEIRO DIREITO (SCE-IED)<\/strong><\/p>\n

a)<\/strong> Declara\u00e7\u00e3o quinquenal:
\nEmpresas com participa\u00e7\u00e3o de capital estrangeiro direto que possuam ativos totais iguais ou superiores a R$ 100.000,00 (cem mil reais) devem apresentar informa\u00e7\u00f5es ao sistema SCE-IED, conforme tabela a seguir:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

b)<\/strong> Declara\u00e7\u00f5es trimestrais:
\nEmpresas com participa\u00e7\u00e3o de capital estrangeiro direto e ativos totais iguais ou superiores a R$ 300.000.000,00 (trezentos milh\u00f5es de reais) dever\u00e3o apresentar informa\u00e7\u00f5es trimestrais no sistema SCE-IED, conforme abaixo:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u279c DECLARA\u00c7\u00c3O DE CAPITAIS BRASILEIROS NO EXTERIOR (DCBE)<\/strong><\/p>\n

a)<\/strong> Declara\u00e7\u00e3o anual
\nPessoas f\u00edsicas ou jur\u00eddicas residentes, domiciliadas ou com sede no Brasil que detenham ativos no exterior em valor igual ou superior a US$ 1.000.000,00 (um milh\u00e3o de d\u00f3lares) ou equivalente em outras moedas, em 31\/12\/2025, dever\u00e3o apresentar a DCBE anual.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

b)<\/strong> Declara\u00e7\u00e3o Trimestral
\nPessoas f\u00edsicas ou jur\u00eddicas residentes, domiciliadas ou com sede no Brasil que detenham ativos no exterior em valor igual ou superior a US$ 100.000.000,00 (cem milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares) ou equivalente em outras moedas, em 31\/12\/2025, dever\u00e3o apresentar a DCBE trimestral.<\/p>\n
