No entanto, se sua empresa conta com participa\u00e7\u00e3o de capital estrangeiro, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio tamb\u00e9m atender \u00e0s obriga\u00e7\u00f5es junto ao Banco Central do Brasil, conforme descrito abaixo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Presta\u00e7\u00e3o de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es de Capital Estrangeiro de Investimento Estrangeiro Direto (SCE-IED)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>a. <u>Declara\u00e7\u00e3o anual: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Empresas com participa\u00e7\u00e3o de capital estrangeiro direto que possuam ativos totais iguais ou superiores a R$ 100.000.000,00 (cem milh\u00f5es de reais) devem apresentar informa\u00e7\u00f5es ao sistema SCE-IED dentro do prazo abaixo:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2383 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/granda.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Captura-de-tela-2025-01-14-101003.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"298\" height=\"80\" srcset=\"https:\/\/granda.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Captura-de-tela-2025-01-14-101003.png 298w, https:\/\/granda.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Captura-de-tela-2025-01-14-101003-150x40.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width:767px) 298px, 298px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Empresas com participa\u00e7\u00e3o de capital estrangeiro que tiver ativos totais inferiores a R$ 100.000.000,00 (cem milh\u00f5es de reais), dever\u00e3o prestar a declara\u00e7\u00e3o quinquenal em 2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Al\u00e9m disso, importante ressaltar que, a partir de 31\/12\/2024, as informa\u00e7\u00f5es que antes eram prestadas atrav\u00e9s do Censo Anual passar\u00e3o a ser fornecidas na declara\u00e7\u00e3o anual no sistema SCE-IED, sendo descontinuado o antigo sistema do Censo Anual.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>b. <u>Declara\u00e7\u00f5es trimestrais:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Empresas com participa\u00e7\u00e3o de capital estrangeiro direto e ativos totais iguais ou superiores a R$ 300.000.000,00 (trezentos milh\u00f5es de reais) dever\u00e3o apresentar informa\u00e7\u00f5es trimestrais no sistema SCE-IED, conforme prazos abaixo:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2389 aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Capitais Brasileiros no Exterior (DCBE)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>a. <u>Declara\u00e7\u00e3o anual:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pessoas f\u00edsicas ou jur\u00eddicas residentes, domiciliadas ou com sede no Brasil que detenham ativos no exterior em valor igual ou superior a US$ 1.000.000,00 (um milh\u00e3o de d\u00f3lares) ou equivalente em outras moedas, em 31\/12\/2024, dever\u00e3o apresentar a DCBE anual dentro do prazo abaixo.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2387
